Live webinar from CMO: Creating memorable customer experiences: The who, what and how

Don’t miss this special live webinar from CMO as we reveal you can craft experiences that resonate

What does it really take to craft a memorable experience with your customers? Who should be leading it? And how do you action the insights you have to achieve it?

These are just some of the questions CMO is going to tackle in our latest webinar on 3 May, entitled: Creating memorable customer experiences: The who what and how. The webinar is being brought to CMO readers by customer experience intelligence vendor, Inmoment.

According to InMoment’s soon-to-be released A/NZ research, nearly 70 per cent of consumers feel they’ve participated in a memorable experience with brands in the last year. Yet more than 50 per cent also reported at least one negative customer experience over the same time frame, and a growing disconnect can still be seen around personalisation, emotional engagement and how to bring in the human versus digital element.

It’s clear brands – and their brand custodians – need to be doing a whole lot more if they have a hope of keeping up with changing customer expectations.

And that’s exactly what we’ll be delving into in our special webinar on 3 May. Join us as we discuss what it’s like to take responsibility for crafting customer experiences as a marketing leader. We’ll go through the latest research findings, and what these tell us about what matters when building experiences, as well as chat with industry experts on how your brand can respond successfully and in a way that fosters lasting engagement.

Joining CMO publisher and editor, Nadia Cameron, are special webinar guests:

  • InMoment global CMO, Kristi Knight, who will look into the evolving role of the CMO in CX
  • Accenture Interactive MD, Michael Buckley, who joins us to debate the CX opportunities and pitfalls

The webinar will be broadcast on 3 May at 2pm AEST.
