Joe Quitoni

Corporate director, Culture Transformation, The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center

Joe has deep experience in transforming culture, elevating service standards and improving employee engagement. He works across industries such as financial, pharmaceutical, real estate around the globe to craft, refine and launch service initiatives that impact organizational culture and elevate the customer experience. His educational background in industrial/organisational psychology—along with over a decade of service to The Ritz-Carlton—gives him a deep understanding of employee engagement and motivation.

Kim Clarke

Chief Customer Officer, EnergyAustralia

Kim Clarke is a senior executive with more than 15 years’ experience, predominately in the information communications technology industry, working across complex multinationals to start-up businesses.

Starting her career as an electrical engineer, Kim went on to earn a Masters of Arts in Women’s Studies and then an MBA.

She became an executive in her early 30s and in 2012 was brought to Vodafone Hutchinson Australia as Chief Marketing Officer to lead an “inside out” transformation of the brand and the company’s relationship with customers. In 2014 Vodafone recorded its best customer satisfaction score in four years and won the ACOMM Award for innovation by large business.

In June 2015 Kim joined EnergyAustralia as Chief Customer Officer, responsible for the sales and marketing functions. She is a member of the executive team, reporting to Managing Director Catherine Tanna.

Rod Finch

Customer Segments & Marketing Director, AMP

Rod is Customer Segments & Marketing Director with AMP, responsible for AMP’s customer strategy, marketing and data & analytics capability. Rod joined AMP in November 2013, bringing over 15 years of experience in Financial Services both within Australia and internationally. Prior to AMP, Rod was with Lloyds Banking Group in the UK, where he held a number of senior leadership roles including Group Strategy Director and Director of Customer Value Management. Prior to Lloyds, Rod was with Westpac Banking Corporation in a range of senior management positions across Retail and Corporate Banking.

Jodie Sangster

Chief Executive Officer, Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising

Jodie Sangster is the CEO of the Association for Data-driven Marketing and Advertising (ADMA), and the Institute for Analytics Professionals of Australia (IAPA).

Jodie began her career as a marketing and advertising lawyer in London, specialising in data. Her extensive experience in the fields of global data-driven marketing and advertising spans over 17 years and includes experience throughout the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific. During her career, she has held senior national, regional and global roles at ADMA, Acxiom Asia Pacific and the US DMA.

She returned to Australia in 2011 to become ADMA’s CEO. Her involvement with IAPA started three years later after the two struck a formal alliance. Jodie became IAPA’s CEO in August 2014 and is also current chair of the GlobalDMA, a consortium of 27 data-driven marketing associations around the world.

Nadia Cameron

Editor, CMO, cmo.com.au & CIO Magazine

Nadia is a respected and award-winning industry Journalist and Editor with more than 15 years’ experience. Throughout her career in media, she has maintained a focus on technology and business-to-business sectors, working for titles such as Australian Telecom, Business Asia, Computerworld, PC World, CIO and Australian Reseller News (ARN). From 2010 to 2012, Nadia was the Managing Editor of several national and global business publications for the UK live events industry produced by Mash Media, and created FaceTime Magazine in association with the Event Industry Alliance for event marketers. As well as writing and editing, Nadia has been responsible for launching and transforming key industry events, such as the annual ARN Industry Awards and roundtable series, as well as the Exhibition News Awards.

Nadia rejoined IDG Australia in 2013 to develop and launch the CMO brand as a dedicated title for the modern marketing chief. Today, Nadia sits at the helm of CMO as Publisher and Editor and is also Associate Editor of CIO.

Peter Harris

EVP & Managing Director, Asia Pacific at Vision Critical

Peter oversees a fast-growing team of technology-focused sales, marketing and community-driven business professionals across the Asia Pacific region. He has a proven track record in building relationships, teams and culture, and is an expert in developing strong ROI, insight community driven, business outcomes.

Peter has more than 25 years of marketing, research and strategy experience with a keen focus on growth-orientated companies throughout Asia Pacific. He is the Chair of the Asia Pacific Research Committee (APRC) and is a member of the Global Research Business Network leadership team (GRBN), which is a global initiative focused on driving business impact.

Jee Moon

Vice President of Marketing, OPSM

Currently the Vice President of Marketing at OPSM, a leading optical retailer in ANZ, Jee’s career spans multiple sectors and geographies. She has worked across Consumer Technology, Telecommunications, Banking and Retail on brands like Canon, Dell, Vodafone and Westpac in the US, Europe, UK and Australia.

A self-professed “one-trick-pony”, Jee’s specialisation is in leading brands through transformations. Brands needing a revitalisation of their strategy and positioning have called upon her to architect the change and champion it through the culture and customer experience.

Jee has a BA from Tufts University in Boston, USA, and an MBA from Cambridge University, UK.

Richard Burns

GM Customer Experience & Technology, Aussie

Richard Burns is Aussie Home Loans’ General Manager Customer Experience & Technology, leading a team of more than 60 responsible for Aussie’s brand, marketing, digital presence, customer retention, data, IT architecture and operations, and the project office.
Richard joined Aussie in February 2015 after 15 years in Online Trading covering marketing, product development, strategy, digital and user experience. Richard spent seven years with CommSec, Australia’s largest online broker, in a variety of roles including Head of Strategy, Head of Marketing and General Manager Customer Experience. Prior to his time at CommSec, Richard was Head of Marketing, Client Services & Product Development at E*TRADE Australia.

Richard is a passionate leader with proven ability to rapidly grow businesses through innovative strategy and effective execution. He has deep experience in online retail financial services and investment markets and brings a strong sense of customer focus to the teams which he leads.
