CIO NZ editor Divina Paredes: “In our 2016 State of the CIO survey, we asked CIOs which other groups or functions have budgets specifically earmarked for technology products and services. Marketing came out number one in New Zealand, and second, across the globe. Majority of CIOs said they are also involved in purchasing decisions for marketing technologies, either as advisors or evaluating potential vendors.”
