In honour of this year's unique CMO50 2020 virtual event and the unprecedented challenges marketing leaders have had to navigate, we wanted to ask our CMO50 alumni what they'd learnt about being a CMO, as well as about their customers, from this time of crisis.

The question we asked all was:

“What is one thing you've learned as a marketing leader in the past six months, navigating your team through the COVID-19 pandemic, that you can apply to future planning and your leadership approach? And what’s one customer behaviour you also see being sustained in the next normal?"
