CMO Momentum is a unique event giving CMOs, marketing professionals and business leaders the opportunity to explore what it takes to be a modern marketing chief.
Today’s CMO leadership is about building a strong company-wide culture that addresses these market demands through agile decision making, an emphasis on innovation, experimentation, data-driven accountability and diversity. To continue to shape their future, marketing leaders need to possess a broad range of leadership behaviours and skills, from strategic and commercial nous, to adaptability, creativity in leadership, an ability to partner and a serious focus on people.
CMO Momentum is brought to you by CMO, owner of the CMO50 program, and first launched in 2017. Through our agenda, we deep dive into customer-led and inspired marketing leadership in a data-driven, hyper-connected world, where consumers control the conversation, technology and data smarts are vital to success, experience is the key to competitive advantage and change is the new normal.
We're delighted to confirm we will return in 2021 with a hybrid event program based around our key pillars of marketing leadership excellence: External and internal engagement. Over the course of the day, we'll delve into the practicalities and challenges of the CMO role through perceptive executive stories, real-life case studies and industry insights. There will also be opportunities for attendees and sponsors to participate in intimate and interactive discussions as well as unique virtual networking.
The program for CMO Momentum follows extensive consultation with marketing leaders across Australia and is based around addressing 6 core pillars: Strategic performance, commercial acumen, adaptability, innovative thinking, collaboration and people. Within these, CMO has built a program that focuses on the key areas of focus and capability for modern marketing leaders, incorporating areas such as customer engagement and insight, collaboration, c-suite clout, culture and team capability, curiosity and systems excellence.
Please note: Attendance to the CMO Momentum conference is limited to CMOs and Heads of Marketing, Marketing Directors, General Managers of Marketing, Digital Marketing Managers, and their direct reports, customer leaders, digital leaders and their direct reports. IDG reserves the right to refund tickets and decline attendance to any person not fitting this job description, or from a non-sponsoring vendor or agency organisation.
