How much does it cost?

We're now offering a special earlybird rate of $950 (ex GST) until 31 January 2020 (RRP: $1,099 ex GST). The price includes all materials, the course, and food and beverage on the day. Is there any pre-work I will need to do?

To get the most out of the masterclass we are asking attendees to undertake some pre-reading and exercises which are related to your current marketing function and organisation. These will be provided by 31 January 2020 and are designed to help you reflect on the current state of marketing organisation in preparation for the masterclass.

What tools will I be provided with?

In the masterclass you will be provided with a transformation framework to help guide marketing transformation efforts.  In addition you will be provided with a series of tools to diagnose the current state of your marketing function in order to shape your transformation approach based on your goals and context. As a participant you will also be provided with a series of articles pre and during the session to deepen your knowledge on key areas of transformation including defining the role of marketing as well as in-housing vs outsourcing.

What do I need to bring along?

It is recommended you bring along the pre-work that will be provided by the end of January. It is also recommended you bring a summary of marketing goals & strategic priorities / strategic streams (topline) as this will help test your thinking on the day.

Course material will be provided digitally prior to the masterclass – so it is recommended you download it or print it in order to take notes.

Will lunch be provided?

Yes the day will be catered. You will be provided with lunch as well as morning and afternoon tea.  If you have any dietary requirements please let us know.
