Kramer was awarded the Sir Charles McGrath award, the highest award for the marketing profession, at the 34th annual Awards for Marketing Excellence, attended by 350 industry professionals in Sydney on 20 October.

Saying she was honoured to receive the accolade, Kramer highlighted the importance of marketing championing the customer in their organisation.
