Help us understand the nature of modern CX Leadership

Complete our latest survey into the state of customer experience leadership and help us shine a light on Australia's CX stewardship today

CMO is delighted to announced our inaugural State of CX Leadership survey aimed at understanding how changing nature of customer experience leadership.

This new annual research program aims to provide a benchmark in terms of CX leadership, shining a light on the evolving responsibility of this position within organisations today, as well as its relationship to marketing and other functions across the business. The survey is brought to you by Sitecore.

Through this survey, we want to explore what it means to lead customer experience operationally and culturally, understand maturity of customer experiences today, gauge technology and data sophistication and investment, delve into measures of success and more. Our aim is to also understand CX leadership in the context of marketing, as well as the links between marketing and broader CX functions today.

And we need your help to do it! Please help us gauge the State of CX Leadership by participating in this important survey and you'll have the opportunity to win a $300 VISA credit voucher. Terms and conditions are available here.

All participants will receive a courtesy whitepaper PDF of the full report, and all individual responses will be kept confidential and answers used in aggregate.The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
