Our inaugural one-day ‘Transforming the marketing function’ masterclass is designed to help Australian marketing leaders turn their existing teams into strong, relevant performers for the future.

In a time of disruption, flatlining growth and changing customer expectations, marketing has never been more important. Yet many are struggling to grasp what’s required to orchestrate marketing sustainably in this environment.

This one-day masterclass provides marketing leaders with the opportunity to learn the essential components to drive transformational change and build a modern marketing function. Masterclass numbers are capped at 14, providing an intimate setting so attendees can most effectively share thoughts and ideas with peers and wrestle with the very real challenges of transforming teams.

Our facilitator is highly seasoned and well-regarded former CMO of World Vision, Teresa Sperti. A customer and digital leader with over 20 years’ experience working for leading brands including Coles, Officeworks and World Vision, Teresa has led teams of over 70 people across analytics, data, digital, experience, content and more and was listed in the top 20 of 2018 edition of the CMO50 for her stellar work.

She’s now founded Arktic Fox, an advisory and learning organisation specialising in customer transformation and growth.
