There’s so much choice available that customers can pick and choose who they buy from and where, when, and how it happens. They want to discover, research, evaluate, and purchase on their preferred channel. Give them that option, and they’re more likely to choose you. That’s the whole point behind the multi-channel approach.
The Australian Marketing Institute has revealed its new-look board of directors, effective 23 October.
On the new team is Citibank head of marketing for consumer lending, Kathy Hatzis; Trinity P3 Marketing and Management Consultants MD, Darren Woolley; Acceleration Group MD and chief digital officer, Damian Anderson; SAI Marketing Counsel MD, Mahesh Enjeti; Graham Wright Conulting principal, Graham Wright; and Marketing Insights’ MD, Chris Mooney.
The latest boardroom team is the first to be elected directed by AMI members following a recent constitutional change. Recently appointed AMI CEO, Lee Tonitto, said 46 candidates were nominated for a place on the board.
“We are grateful for the vast array of experience and capabilities being offered to the AMI and the high level of engagement demonstrated by our members,” she said.
